Complaints should be filed if there is evidence of fraud, waste, mismanagement, abuse, sexual harassment, harassment, theft, workplace violence or any other misconduct by employees of the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or if there is evidence of wrongdoing in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court itself.
